Deposits & Payment

A 50% deposit is required before production begins on custom orders.

The deposit allows DeCamp Embroidery to purchase materials, prepare designs, digitize artwork, and schedule your order for production.

The remaining 50% balance is due before the completed order is picked up, delivered, or shipped, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Orders Under $50

Orders totaling less than $50 may require full payment upfront.

No Production Before Payment

Production will not begin until the required deposit or full payment has been received.
