Rush Order Policy & Pricing

Need your order sooner? We offer rush production for customers who need their custom embroidery, patches, apparel, bags, or accessories on a tighter deadline.

Standard No rush fee

1-Week Rush+10% •                         $5 minimum

Next-Day Rush+25% •                      $10 minimum

Same-Day Rush+50% •                     $20 minimum

Emergency / After-Hours+75–100% • $30 minimum

 Rush Order Requirements

• Rush orders must be approved by DeCamp Embroidery before payment.
• Rush production begins once payment, artwork, and all required materials have been received.
• Rush availability depends on our current production schedule and the complexity of the order.
• Same-day and emergency orders are not guaranteed until confirmed by DeCamp Embroidery.
• Customer-supplied items must be received before production can begin.
• Rush fees cover priority production only. Expedited shipping, delivery, or local delivery fees are separate.
• A rush fee does not guarantee a specific delivery time unless that time has been confirmed in writing.

 Custom Designs & Digitizing

If your design requires new embroidery digitizing, additional preparation time may be required. Digitizing fees are separate from rush production fees.

               A $25 embroidered shirt would be:

  Standard: $25
1-Week Rush: $30
Next-Day Rush: $35
Same-Day Rush: $45

Rush pricing is based on the order total and applicable minimum fee.
